A land halfway between the Alps and the sea.
On a hilltop surrounded by vineyards.
There is a kitchen [puoi anche usare cuisine] where local ingredients rule: the vegetables, legumes and wines are grown onsite and the meats, cheeses and eggs are from neighboring farms.
A kitchen inspired by tradition with a strong tie to the values of the land.
A long history of vineyards cultivated for generations with passion and professionalism and a sincere respect for the unique soil of the Monferrato.
Made with 100% Barbera grapes from Cascina Marcantonio’s oldest vineyard, this wine is bottled after a year of traditional aging. The color is an intense ruby red and features a nose full of dark and red fruits culminating in a vigorous, rich flavor.
Pair with red meats, game and strong cheeses.
Made with 100% Dolcetto grapes grown on the property, the Dolcetto d’Acqui features an intense ruby red color with shades of violet. The nose is characterized by small, ripe red fruits and bitter almonds and in the mouth the wine has large yet soft taste that is very persistent.
Pairs well with pasta dishes and medium-aged cheeses.
